Cancellation Policy:
1. Appointment Cancellations:
– If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
– Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
– To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact our customer service team via phone.
2. Product Order Cancellations:
– If you wish to cancel an order for a product, please notify us as soon as possible.
– Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed and shipped.
– Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Return of Medicines:
Return of medicines are not allowed in any case. ConsultHomeo will not make a refund after the medicine is shipped to the person.
Refund Policy:

– Refunds for services (e.g., consultation fees) will be provided only before the consultation is made.
– Refunds may be issued if the service was not provided as described or if there was a technical issue from our end preventing the completion of the service.
– Refund requests must be submitted within 1 day of the booking date, before the service has been provided.

– Refund for products will only be provided before the medicine is processed and shipped.
