Medicines are delivered by third party delivery partners. So the time of delivery varies depending on your address location and few other factors such as weather conditions. But in most cases medicines get delivered in 6 – 9 days.
To get an online consultation, select your consultation plan and proceed or call us to make an appointment. Make payment. After successful payment we will call you back and schedule a consultation with our doctor.
The charges for online consultation and treatment:
Consultation + one month medicine – ₹ 999
This plan is valid for 1 month and our doctors will do follow-ups as per your case
After a successful consultation we will send medicine to your given address. And after starting of your treatment our team member will conduct follow-up calls every 7 or 15 days as per your case.
The frequency of follow-ups varies according to your case. In chronic cases medicines can take a long time to show improvement. So our doctor will decide the frequency of your follow-ups while doing your case taking. The frequency of follow-ups can be every 7 days, 15 days or 30 days depending on your case.
To see your active consultation plan login to your account and go to: My Account > My Consultation Plan.
To renew your treatment plan buy your plan again when it expires. To see the validity of your active plan login to your account and go to: My Account > My Consultation Plan.
Yes we provide homeopathy consultation to patients outside India for a few selected countries. But we only provide consultation in Hindi or English language. Also for foreign patients we only provide prescription after their consultation and can’t deliver medicine to their address. But homeopathic medicines can be purchased online in almost every major country.
