Frequently Asked Questions
Medicines are delivered by third party delivery partners. So the time of delivery varies depending on your address location and few other factors such as weather conditions. But in most cases medicines get delivered in 6 – 9 days.
To get online consultation select your consultation plan and proceed or call us to make an appointment. Make payment. After successful payment we will call you back and make a consultation appointment from our doctor.
There are 2 plans for online consultation:
1.) ₹ 999 Plan – Consultation + one month medicine. This plan is valid for 1 month and our doctors will do follow-ups as per your case
2.) ₹ 449 Plan – In this plan our doctors will do online consultation for your case and make your prescription and you will have to buy medicine yourself. This plan is valid for 15 days or 5 follow-up calls (whichever will be earlier).
After successful consultation we will send medicine to your given address. And after starting of your treatment our doctors will do follow-up calls to you in every 7 or 15 days as per your case.
Frequency of follow-ups vary according to your case. In chronic cases medicines take long time to show improvement. So our doctor will decide the frequency of your follow-ups while doing your case taking. The frequency of follow-ups can be every 7 days, 15 days or 30 days depending on your case.
To see your active consultation plan login to your account and go to: My Account > My Consultation Plan.
To renew your treatment plan buy your plan again when it get expired. To see the validity of your active plan login to your account and go to: My Account > My Consultation Plan.
Without an active consultation plan you will not be able to get consultation from our doctor.
Yes we provide homeopathy consultation to patient outside India. But we only provide consultation in Hindi or English language. Also for foreign patients we only provide prescription after their consultation and can’t deliver medicine to their address. But homeopathy medicines can be purchases online in almost every big country.
